The data (amounts and quantities) from all the other areas of the kVASy information system are directly available to the kVASy - Cost and Budget Accounting module enabling ad hoc reporting. Easy tools for planning, calculation and reporting provide the user with all necessary information for the representation of the company’s key figures and are indispensable to every company’s controlling processes.

High degree of integration

By means of a common data stock, kVASy - Cost and Budget Accounting achieves a high degree of integration with the other kVASy - Modules. Data from other modules can be used by kVASy - Cost and Budget Accounting in reports, for example to determine reference numbers (quantities from Consumption Billing, man or machine hours from Order Management, calculation data from Assets Accounting).

Freely definable hierarchies

In kVASy - Cost and Budget Accounting, flexible grouping with any number of hierarchy levels including various entry factors (account, cost centre, paying authority, order) can be achieved.

Management of planning figures

Planning figures can be represented in kVASy - Cost and Budget Accounting on different levels and with reference to different periods, quarters or years. Comparative reports showing the actual values for these target figures can be generated.

Allocation management

kVASy - Cost and Budget Accounting module enables the automatic management of allocations for cost accounting. Allocations can be made according to various allocation processes. They can be manually entered or can also be generated as a run which can then be adopted or rejected. This allows the efficient preparation and comparison of different allocation alternatives preceding decision making processes.

Report generator (with link to Excel)

The report generator possesses a high degree of flexibility in that it allows for the free definition of the contents of rows, columns and individual fields, and is therefore an essential tool for reporting. The data from other individual kVASy® modules can be accessed by the report generator. In addition to depicting actual and target values, the generation of reference numbers and graphical representation of the data are also possible. These reports can also be represented in HTML and Excel format. This provides the user with a powerful and efficient tool for controlling.
