kVASy-Fees Management

kVASy - Fees Management encompasses the processing, administration, and control of all processes involved in the generation of connection fees with respect to residential connections for utility companies, particularly in the water/sewage sector. Based on the land register data which is incorporated in kVASy and includes histories, fee notifications of any type can be prepared, and all associated processes including the clarification of any discrepancies can be easily managed.

Fee notification and administration

The preparation and entry of fee notifications is possible for each individual piece of property as well as for strings of property, for example an entire street or town. Cases of joint ownership or lot division are also taken into consideration in the preparation of notices. Additionally, one-time notices, partial payment and advance payment notifications may also be prepared allowing the amounts to be booked in different departments.

Authorisation procedures

The entire workflow of processes involved in applying for and receiving authorisation is managed by kVASy - CRM in connection with kVASy - Fees Management. Additionally, the preparation and administration of correspondence between the applicant and the processing office are supported.

Adaptable algorithms through the formula editor

The formula editor represents a universal tool for the definition of calculation algorithms for the automated determination of fees based on the land register data and freely definable secondary parameters.

Discrepancy clarification

The comprehensive representation of the discrepancy clarification processes includes the documentation of various actions (correspondence, telephone calls) in kVASy. Letters to customers can be generated directly from the system.

Notification forms

The design of forms for fee notification can be carried out by the user himself. The parameters to be calculated as well as numerous macros are provided and automatically reflect the owner or property data in forms.
