The module kVASy - Land Register provides a universal tool for utility companies as well as public authorities for the collection, processing and management of land and register information(cadastral information). All relevant information regarding property and ownership can be managed in the kVASy - Land Register. All data are collected in histories and are then available for the preparation or correction of notices for past time periods. The integrated interface to automated land registers enables the quick and easy input of register data from the respective land register and surveying offices. With the linking of an external GIS System and GIS Viewer, selected land register data can be graphically represented.

The kVASy - Land Register Interface provides a highly flexible tool to update data in the kVASy register structure by accessing ALR data from the responsible land register and surveying offices. Additionally, a ’collection assistant’ facilitates the collection and maintenance of property and ownership data according to the needs of each user.
Fundamental parameters for the description of property can be freely assigned and either individually or collectively attributed to the properties.
The formula editor provides the user with a tool to prescribe calculation procedures for the creation of individual parameter values. Pre-defined functions can be used or individually assigned by SQL.
Based on the complete representation of the register structure, kVASy - Land Register is the ideal prerequisite for the preparation of fee notifications in kVASy, for the inclusion of register data on billing forms and for the description of various objects represented in kVASy (points of consumption, buildings, all types of technical assets, etc.).
The possibility to connect with external programs (GIS) allows kVASy to access and portray the respective land register maps for each individual parcel.
