kVASy-Materials Management

The kVASy - Materials Management module is a powerful tool for managing inventory stocks of any structure. This module is extensively integrated with other kVASy modules (Order Management, General Ledger, Assets Accounting, Cost and Budget Accounting). Easy data entry and information masks enable a greater efficiency for the user.

Management of different stocks and inventories

By means of clear input masks, all inventory items as well as various service profiles can be easily managed. All items can be accessed when creating records or documents (offers, purchase orders, materials slips).

Empty goods administration

The empty goods administration supports a more effective administration of empties (e.g. cable drums, etc.) and facilitates the inspection of residual quantities. The option for the maintenance of rental-free and non rental-free periods enables an overview of deadlines to be met. Reports and screen analyses indicate all the necessary information regarding the empty goods at any time.

Permanent or effective date inventory taking

Inventory recording lists and extensive inventory reports facilitate the task of inventory taking. Inventory can be taken according to effective date or permanently for each product category or item. The entry made in the inventory records also generates inventory entries in the General Ledger.

Integration with Order Management, General Ledger and Cost Accounting

All records associated with item movements can be created according to orders. With the record retrieval function, a greater efficiency in the record processing workflow can be achieved. All entries associated with material movements can be transferred to kVASy - General Ledger without the need for a separate interface.

Extensive information and reporting functions

Extensive reporting possibilities and easy information masks enable all materials management data from material movements to material valuations to be displayed in lists and online on the screen.
