Contract Management reflects the entire scope of relationships among market players. Master agreements with dealers and grid operators, grid usage contracts and supply contracts represent the basis for billing and the kVASy-EDM module. Grid connection contracts can be administered and evaluated for every energy type. Both individual and bundle contracts are represented. kVASy-Contract Management provides the ability to react dynamically, efficiently and reliably to market events.
The possibility exists to design supply, grid usage and grid connection contracts for every point of measurement (and with reference to the energy type). The contract stipulates the dealer, tariff, customer group and forecasted consumption. This information provides the basis for calculation which is reflected in Consumption Billing. The processing functions ensure the efficient processing of bulk data.
In addition to the usual perspective of the dealer / grid operator, accounting agreements and allocation to accounting grids can be represented and monitored.
Form contracts can be designed for all manners of supply. It is possible to make fixed stipulations when designing individual contracts and thereby maximize workflow.
The use of form contracts when designing contracts leads to the optimisation of workflow. The masks used in kVASy for contract management are able to be called up at various points and can be viewed either customer specifically or globally.
Contracts can be designed independent of the energy type, and take into account any changes in the liberalised utility market.
It is possible at any time to generate lists of current contracts between customers and dealers. Diverse assessments enable an overview of current customers. Additionally, the possibility to generate reports of forecasted values for customer groups exists as well.
