kVASy-Cost Distribution Billing

With kVASy - Cost Distribution Billing, utility companies are provided with a module for the billing of heating costs, the costs for hot water consumption and miscellaneous extra charges for tenants on the basis of cost distribution billing in accordance with the German Decree on Heat Cost Allocation (DHCO). For utility companies and other billing service providers, this creates the basis for opening new business, earnings and saving potentials, especially in the field of facility management. Using a joint data pool for the modules kVASy - Consumption Billing, kVASy - Special Contract Billing and kVASy - Cost Distribution Billing, decisive synergetic potentials can be created.

Billing in accordance with the DHCO

The distribution of costs into consumption dependent and consumption independent constituents and the direct appropriation of costs to residential units meet the stipulations of the DHCO. The module covers both the particulars of the billing of the heat contingent for hot water production in associated facilities and the distribution of costs for the changing of users with or without reading values.

Flexible cost and quantity distribution

With the module kVASy - Cost Distribution Billing, both the distribution of the resulting costs and the distribution of supplied quantities is possible. The cost and quantity distribution is a consumption dependent or consumption independent distribution of all costs types incurred in a user group or of all consumption quantities in their related units.

Multi utility billing

The basic prerequisites for multi utility billing are the joint data pool of the kVASy - modules, the integration of kVASy - Cost Distribution Billing with kVASy - Consumption Billing and the billing of different products through one meter. This means that both conventional media and those that are included in cost distribution can be billed in one billing cycle and in one invoice. The integrated data pool opens up additional synergies.

User group structures

As the basis for distribution billing, consumption data of the units and user groups are registered. The allocation of units to user groups depends on the media. Since it is possible to represent user group structures in any number of hierarchy levels, the billing of subusers and the necessary pre-distribution are supported.

Interfaces and device management

The billing of all utility services and additional costs is possible in direct contact with the tenant or via data transfer with the landlord. Interfaces for mobile data entry allow the meter and heat cost distributor readings to be compiled in files to be imported into and exported out of collection devices. All meters and heat cost distributors are managed in Meter Management with the general functions for inventory management and logistics.
