The implementation of the integrated software solution kVASy4 takes place on the basis of a standardised concept in five stages:

1. Initialisation

In the context of initialisation, the project organisation and planing are specified. Together with the customer the goals of the project are set, the organisational and process structure, the time schedule, the necessary resources and the time-frame are defined.

2. Conception

In this stage, relevant structural and technical aspects are defined on the basis of which a structured technical and migration concept for the implementation of the project is developed.

3. Realisation

The stage of realisation covers the conversion of all agreed-upon measures, including data migration, tests and instruction manual, necessary to achieve the goal of the project.

4. Preparation of Production

After an intensive test phase, the phase of production preparation offers room for necessary modifications, suggestions for possible improvement and an intensive user instruction.

5. Production

The production start is closely obesrved by the application consultants of SIV.AG to secure a smooth operation. After the going-live phase SIV.AG offers support in the operation of the system.
